# Zapier

La integración de Zapier le permite enviar datos a un zap, que inicia su flujo de trabajo.

Puede seguir los pasos a continuación en secuencia para integrarse exitosamente con Zapier:

### Paso 1: Agrega el bloque de acción 'Zapier' en el flujo haciendo clic en '+' <a href="#step-1-add-the-zapier-action-block-in-the-flow-by-clicking-on" id="step-1-add-the-zapier-action-block-in-the-flow-by-clicking-on"></a>

Agregue el bloque de acción de Zapier en el flujo del chatbot.

### Paso 2: Crea un Zap en Zapier <a href="#step-2-create-a-zap-on-zapier" id="step-2-create-a-zap-on-zapier"></a>

A continuación, vaya a su cuenta Zapier y cree un Zap.

1. Seleccione 'AI Agents' como disparador.
2. Seleccione 'Bloqueo Zapier activado' en "Cuando esto sucede..."
3. Agregue el token AI Agentsdesde el bloque de acción de Zapier en la entrada 'Conectar AI Agents'
4. Seleccione el 'Bot' del menú desplegable

### Paso 3: Pruebe su zap <a href="#step-3-test-your-zap" id="step-3-test-your-zap"></a>

Una vez que haya añadido la información anterior, haga clic en "Acción de prueba" para probar la conexión con TopBots.&#x20;

Como resultado, verá todas las variables definidas en ese chatbot. Estas variables pueden ser referenciadas posteriormente en la app con la que quieras integrarte usando Zapier.

### Paso 4: Cree su acción con la aplicación de destino

Ahora, configura la acción que quieres realizar cuando este zap se active. Podría ser crear un lead en un CRM, enviar datos a Google Sheets, etc.

### Paso 5: Publicar el zap y lanzarlo

Haz clic en "Publicar" para publicar el Zap y ponerlo en marcha.
