# TIPO DE ENVÍO

Para comenzar debes ingresar a la siguiente ruta ***Menú principal>SMS> Envíos> Crear envío***, luego el primer paso para configurar tu campaña de SMS, es elegir el tipo de envío que deseas utilizar y para eso debes seleccionar entre las opciones de ***Envío Masivo*** o ***Envió Simple.***

El nombre que utilices para reconocer tu campaña es vital, ya que te servirá para diferenciarla del resto de tus envíos y te permitirá realizar búsquedas detalladas entre los informes de tus campañas.

Importante: Diferenciar tus campañas con fechas o incluir una característica de los destinatarios, te será de gran ayuda para reconocer las campañas que han tenido una mejor acogida.\

Ejemplo: Customers\_segment\_premium\_24june, este nombre te indica el segmento de clientes, tipo de campaña y la fecha de la base.

Recuerda que puedes elegir entre los nombres del menú desplegable, donde se listan los nombres de campañas anteriores y que puedes reutilizar. También tienes la opción de *editar* o *crear* un nuevo nombre para tu campaña.
