# Reporte ejecutivo de campañas

Para ingresar a este reporte debes hacer clic en el ***Menú principal > SMS >Envíos> Reporte ejecutivo.*** En este reporte podrás ver gráficamente toda la actividad de tu cuenta, también encontrarás información relevante para el análisis de tus campañas y la cual te permitirá tomar decisiones estratégicas.

Para comenzar, primero selecciona tu cuenta, el período de tiempo que desea analizar y luego debes hacer clic en el botón “***Buscar”***.

De forma inicial tendrás una vista general del comportamiento de tus envíos en un periodo determinado.

* Total, destinatarios cargados
* Resumen de totales *(Mensajes cargados, enviados, programados, restringidos, ley 2300, fallidos)*
* Total de campañas (Completadas, fallidas, canceladas, pendientes)
* Número de mensajes enviados en el tiempo

Luego te encontraras con información relacionada a la interacción del destinatario con la

**URL corta**:

* Marca de celular
* Sistema operativo del dispositivo móvil que hizo clic.
* Navegadores (Browser)
* Proveedor de datos móviles y Wi-Fi (Operadores móviles o proveedores de internet)
* Tipo de conexión (Datos móviles o Wi-Fi)

Recuerda que también contaras con información geográfica que te indica los países a los que has enviado mensajes de texto.
