# 🚨 LEY 2300

Luego de cargar el archivo para una campaña, es posible habilitar o deshabilitar la validación de Toques y Horario acorde a la Ley 2300 para Colombia, para las Campañas con destinatarios de Colombia y que además su contenido sea publicitario o de cobranza, es necesario habilitar la opción de validación para poder cumplir con dicha Ley. Si se habilita esta opción de validación, se enviará máximo un mensaje a cada destinatario por día, y solamente se hará por el canal habilitado para contactarlo, además los envíos solo se harán en el horario permitido.
