# Plantillas

Para ingresar a esta sección debes hacer clic en el ***Menú principal > SMS >Herramientas > Plantillas.*** Esta herramienta te permite crear plantillas prestablecidas que facilitan y agilizar el envió de tus campañas de SMS.

Inicialmente debes seleccionar la cuenta donde deseas crear la plantilla y luego hacer clic en el botón “***crear”.***

En seguida debes otorgarle un nombre a tu plantilla y asignarle etiquetas que te permitan identificarla fácilmente, igualmente selecciona el tipo y formato del mensaje. Finalmente construye el contenido del mensaje y establece una estructura que te permita utilizar campos de reemplazo automáticos, donde puedes usar información de tus bases de datos, empleando el mismo nombre de la columna entre doble llaves. Ej. {{nombre\_cliente}}

Al finalizar la creación de tu plantilla podrás ubicarla dentro del listado de plantillas existentes, utilizando su nombre o etiquetas en la barra de búsqueda. Recuerda que puedes administrar tus plantillas con el botón \[ ⁝ ] superior derecho que encontraras en cada una de ellas, donde tienes la opción de editar, previsualizar y eliminar las plantillas que no utilices.
