# Herramienta de búsqueda

Para ingresar al reporte de búsqueda, debes hacer clic en el Menú principal > SMS >Herramientas > Herramienta de búsqueda. En esta sección podrás buscar los SMS salientes o entrantes de un número de celular en específico.

Para realizar la búsqueda debes seleccionar la cuenta, el indicativo del país a la cual pertenece el numero celular que deseas buscar, un rango de tiempo especifico y por ultimo debes elegir entre mensajes entrantes o salientes.

Esta herramienta te arrojara información relevante para tu búsqueda, como lo es el estado del mensaje, el operador al cual fue entregado y la fecha de envió entre otros.

Recuerda que desde el botón superior derecho “***Exportar”***, puedes descargar los resultados de tu búsqueda en un archivo Excel.
